The Club’s Annual General Meeting & Presentation Dinner was held at the Kelling Heath Holiday Park on Sunday 18th March 2012 with 14 members attending the AGM and 29 members and guests the dinner .
The AGM was for a change very constructive lasting only 2 ½ hours. The new committee for 2012-2013 was elected and is as follows …

The main points from the meeting that were discussed and agreed were as follows …
- Membership Fees for 2012-2013 remain unchanged with existing Adult men £15, Adult ladies £10, Juniors £2.50 and all new members £10. For existing members membership fees will be required to be paid at the first club match fished.
- The Club Constitution will have a new clause proposed for actioning at the next AGM to ban for life from the club any member proved to be cheating in any club match.
- Size limits for 2012-2013 will remain as last season.
- On club match venues, the committee will attempt to schedule more matches between Trimingham and Gt. Yarmouth when the prospects on the North Norfolk shingle ridge are poor.
- The club will run a Summer West Norfolk Challenge event on the river Ouse at Kings Lynn between May and September 2012 comprising of 4 separate matches.
- The club will now run a SAMF North Norfolk (teams) Sea League which will either replace or run alongside the existing North Norfolk Sea League.
- The fixtures for the first 10 Summer matches were agreed with the first at Salthouse on Sunday 15th April fishing 10:00 – 3:00. The remaining fixtures for the Summer will be up on the website shortly.
- The Club Match Rules were amended slightly to bring them in line with SAMF Rules. An additional rule was added to ban for life from the club any member proved to be deliberately cheating in any way in a club match.
- All winnings earned during club matches will be retained by the club and presented at the Presentation Evening at the end of the season.
The Presentation Dinner was held after the AGM and all members enjoyed a hearty meal courtesy of Kelling Heath Holiday Park. On behalf of the club I would like to thank Kelling Heath for an excellent meal and their staff for the efficient way they looked after us.
