HSAC 2011 AGM & Presentation Evening

To All Club Members …

Please be informed that the Holt Sea Angling Club’s 2011 AGM and Presentation Evening will be on Saturday 26th March at the Kelling Heath Holiday Park near Weybourne.

The AGM will be in the Woods restaurant of this complex commencing at 3:00 p.m. and should last between 2 to 3 hours.  More detail of the meeting to follow.

The Presentation Evening will also be held in the Woods restaurant and will commence at around 7:00 p.m.  We are still waiting for the menues but cost of the meal will be between £12 to £15 per person.  There will of course be a deduction for those who have been contributing the 50ps at each match determined from the number of matches fished.  As usual, guests will be more than welcome.  Further detail about the evening to follow.  If you already know numbers you require for the meal please let Tony know.
